Smt. Suchita Gupta is an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 2nd June 2025. She is a seasoned professional with over three decades of extensive experience in the General Insurance Industry.
Smt. Suchita Gupta joined the General Insurance Corporation of India, Mumbai, as a direct recruit officer in 1987. In her most recent role, she served as Chairman-cum-Managing Director at National Insurance Company Limited. Prior to that, she held the positions of General Manager, Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer at the General Insurance Corporation of India.
Smt. Suchita Gupta holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Bachelor’s degree in LLB from Mumbai University. She is a Fellow Member of the Insurance Institute of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
